School Policies
Your privacy is important to us; sometimes we may take photos or videos of our students at classes or events in order to promote the school. If you don’t wish to appear in any promotional material please let us know and we’ll ensure your privacy is protected without excluding you from any events at TaDa.
Term fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the school.
In the event an invoice remains unpaid for more than a term or after a student has left the school debt collection procedures will commence. All costs incurred while recovering the money owed will be added to the outstanding defaulter's account including but not limited to debt collectors fees and administration costs.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer casual classes or family discounts due to our high teacher to student ratios.
New enrolments will be confirmed once payment of term fees has been received.

FAQs
Is it possible to enrol part way through a term?
Yes, new students generally can enrol part way through the term. However if it is an exam class or concert work has begun enrolment may need to be deferred or will be at the discretion of the school.
Do you have a maximum class size?
Yes, we strive to give our students the best possible tuition and we limit the number of spaces in each class to ensure each student receives individual attention at each of their classes.
Do you have a uniform?
All classes have a uniform but new students don't need a uniform for their first few classes.
Do you offer casual or pay as you go classes?
We don't offer casual classes, our classes are designed to develop student's technique and skills throughout the term.
Do you offer trial classes?
Unfortunately we don't offer trials at our regular weekly classes only at open days.
